Hi Mauna, according to some plant guide that I read, it's edible. But I guess nobody was touching this because they were either not aware that this was edible, or perhaps because it would have been rude to harvest from a public park...
Hmm, Olivia, I now see what plant I thought this was - Mulberry (Morus sp.). It does look somewhat like it but I was far off. Well, I guess wild pepper is edible too, right?
Hi mauna, unless I manage to ID it properly, I'm not likely to eat it. =)
Don't try to eat these, but I think they may be edible.
