We don't have Sacada in the US as far as I know. Try starting here and narrow it down if you can: https://bugguide.net/node/view/13328/bgpage
Been trying to research this. I can't find any "snout moths" in my area, West Central GA USA. Are they native here? I only see India and Asia popping up.
Looks like Sacada sp. Pyralidae. Snout Moth. I saw a few in India.
