Description:
A very dark, almost black Leafhopper with only a few scattered light spots on the thorax and upper wings. The eyes are also black. The legs are banded and the underside is mottled with brown (last picture). About 4.5 mm in length. Family Cicadellidae.
Habitat:
Garden lights, semi-rural residential area, San Cristobal de Las Casas, Chiapas, Mexico, 2,200 meters.
