Field Notes

Description:

Pale grey coat with lighter underbelly. With its not so bushy tail, the tree squirrel Is a common sight in wooded neighbourhoods in Cape Town. These shots were taken close to the base of Table Mountain.

Habitat:

Wooded Areas and Neighbouhoods.

Notes:

May be a Grey Squirrel Sicurus Carolinensis introduced and common in the extreme south west.
