Good one. It's narrowed down between the two. Santa Rosa wolf spider is also found in Florida, but the images are the same for both species - https://bugguide.net/node/view/177876 I think my suggestion (common name) should have been this one, not the White sands wolf spider. Hopefully bugguide can clarify.
Thanks Neil! I submitted it to bugguide because I have found a similar looking one in these woods that they put under Arctosa littoralis... Unless you see a defining feature that definitely rules it out?
