Field Notes

Description:

Small (¼ to ⅜") bee-like creatures who do not move (one was dead this morning). These photos are of 2 of the 3). They appear to be sick. I think they are beneficials, but they seem to be in trouble.

Habitat:

My roses (I do not spray anything). Maybe they emerged too soon (we had a very dry hot February and now it is raining.
