Yes I believe Argiope sp. ( orb-weaver spider) owing to the paired-legs posture, shape and color pattern of the legs and the presence of the web "stabilimentum" (white structure in front of the forelegs in the photo).
Could be an Argiope sp., but picture is too blurry to get closer.
