Gaura?

Very light pink, stems had unopened buds as well as what looked to be bloomed out blossoms. Hanging stamen almost like columbine but leaves don't look like columbine. Almost looked like some of the spent blossoms were connected like a chain? (Hard to get clear photo due to wind).
