Field Notes

Description:

Very large, about a quarter of an inch with en extremely good grip on the twig when I wanted to get him off. Large spots and more of a tomato/rust red. (No ladybugs were harmed in the making of this project)

Habitat:

Back yard woods on an undetermined plant that we can't identify, near a stream as we walked up to the house.

Notes:

Very big ladybug, very, very strong grip.
