Field Notes

Description:

This weird little brown Hopper was only 3 mm long and oddly shaped. I only saw this one once on a wall under a light. It kind of looks like a tiny Spittlebug, Family Clastopteridae, Clastoptera sp.

Habitat:

Finca Argovia, Ruta de Cafe, Soconusco area of southern Chiapas, Mexico. About 1 hour from Tapachula.
