Description:

Small spider. Very alert...it jumped the exact moment I took the third shot (a little blurry, sorry) It is largely black but the face seems to have a yellow patch.

Habitat:

Suntaley Khola is a remote hilly and forested area by the River Murty in the Dooars region of West Bengal, India.This species was seen in the garden of the resort.

Notes:

The second photo is a cropped version of the first shot...when the spider was unaware I was around!
