Field Notes

Description:

This is a really fresh individual (it has recently come out of the cocoon). Pinkish-brown with dark brown and coppery patches. Two white markings on each forwing. Tufts of scales from thorax.

Habitat:

Suburban yard. Attracted to a blacklight at night.
