Description:

Stemorrhages sericea is a moth of the subfamily of Spilomelinae within the Crambidae family. It lives throughout of Africa south of the Sahara.

The larvae feed on Rubiaceae and Apocynaceae. Adults are pale turquoise with a brown stripe at the front edge of the wings.
