Machi is correct, all you can tell from this photo is it is almost an adult male, and it is either five-lined skink, southeastern five-lined skink, or broadhead skink. No way to know which one from this photo.
Without close-up photos of the lip scales or underside, it is not possible to know what species this is. You can just leave it as Skink (Plestiodon sp.)
