Field Notes

Description:

A small species of bug mating. About 8 mm in length. One was more red in color than the other and the undersides were the exact same green as the plant they were on. When the undersides face outwards, they are all but impossible to find. Family Coreidae.

Habitat:

Woody bush with yellow flowers, overgrown field, semi-urban area of San Cristobal de Las Casas, Chiapas, 2,200 meters.
