Field Notes

Description:

Almost a bluish black colour for the hatchlings. Has a beak but not curved. Carapace is of tear drop shape. Only 1 claw on the flippers.

Habitat:

Satang Island.

Notes:

On that evening 5 hatchlings was released. This female came onshore at 4AM and only started laying her eggs at 6AM. 88 eggs was laid but 1 was only 2mm in size. She went back to the sea at 7AM.
