Description:

From July 15, 2010. Tons of these growing out of sticks, leaves. Sweet little mushrooms with pleated caps and widely spaced gills. Stems are dark and then lighten towards the caps. Magical little things.

Habitat:

Growing from sticks and leaves on the forest floor. Prospect Park, Brooklyn.
