Description:

Dog woods are in an genus between 30 to 60 different species of various types, all of them are distinguishable by the flowers, berries, and the bark of the trees.

Habitat:

The habitat varies between the warm temperatures of the regions in Mexico and several other southern regions, to the upper East coast and the harsher colder temperatures.
