Pluteus cervinus alba

Spotted July 10th. it had been days of unbearable 95-100 degree heat with little to no rain. But there were some mushrooms out surprisingly, mostly these. Big with pink gills and fleshy coming out of stumps and logs, my guess is the fawn mushroom, the Pluteus cervinus alba version, in Mt. Prospect Park and Prospect Park, BK. The caps were light color, much more than the regular fawn mushroom.
