Description:

•They eat rodents, insects, bats, small marsupials, amphibians, reptiles and birds.
•They are nocturnal.
•It's the most widely distributed species of owl and one of the most widespread of all birds.

Habitat:

Farmland, grassland with some interspersed woodland
-I saw these owls in Foz do Iguaçu (PR, Brazil)
