Description:

Found Many of these at the man made fence in a rainforest. It has 6 legs it is greenish blue and looked like it had wings like a butterfly. It wasn't afraid the closer I got to it, it just cycled on through it's life like I wasn't even there.

Habitat:

SAS Rainforest

Moved from "other" to the Arthropods category. :-)
That really high point on the wings and blunt nose will be descriptive of a species (is that the term?) but certainly a flatid
It looks like a flatid plant hopper (Fulgoridae->Flatidae) similar to this one in Australia http://lifeunseen.com/index2_item_5415.php
