Field Notes

Description:

Green-brown spider, body length 1cm, long thin spiky legs three times body length. This one has had a hard life, coping with just 4 legs. Carrying a large egg sac. Had a sparse sheet web over the surface of the leaf.

Habitat:

Edge of forest, near creek at James Cook University Cairns campus.
