Description:

large toucan, species is adapted to a wide variety of habitats, from plains to tropical and subtropical forests.

Habitat:

pacific coast rainforest

Notes:

One of the few toucans that I spotted and was able to photograph. I spotted this at the end of the day just before I was getting back to San Cipriano village. This toucan flew to another tree that had another toucan in it. You can see them both in the last photo.
