Description:
A very large cobra, one of the largest of the genus Naja. The specimens here were of some 1,5m to 1,75m long, with blackish bodies and cream-colored underparts, heavily striped in black. Face and neck stripped white (or cream)-and-black
Habitat:
The only cobra well adapted to high forest. It occurs in forests throughout western and central Africa.
Notes:
