Hi njaan2019, I want to help you with this spider, but it is quite difficult because your picture is very blurred, but I will try. First, it has the general shape of an Argiope spider and then, the leg lengths seem to be about right. So, I looked for Argiopes in India. According to Wikipedia, there are 9 Argiope species in India: A. aemula, A. anasuja, A. caesarea, A. catenulata, A. macrochoera, A. minuta, A. pulchella, A. lobata and A. trifasciata. So, if I am right and your spider is an Argiope, it must be one of the nine spiders on this list. I am very familiar with Argiope catenulata and, despite the blurred photo, I think that your spider seems to have the patterns which can be seen on A. catenulata. I will send you an I.D. Suggestion based on this comment.
