Wildlife Spotting

Had a good long look at the video full screen and the amount of rustiness in both the top of the tail and the wing tips is very suggestive of female Temminck's Sunbird, also good for your location and otherwise similar to Crimson but does not (normally) show yellow around the eye. I don't think Brown-throated would show that much rustiness but Red-throated might. I'm fairly certain on female Sunbird but actual species is still a tough call.

Spiderhunters have much longer bills than your bird and a Spectacled Spiderhunter has large yellow patches below and behind the eye. Your bird has a reddish eye and appears to be white or pale yellow under the tail, female Crimson has a dark undertail. Other than that many of the female sunbird species can be confusingly similar, I would not rule out female Brown-throated or Red-throated.
