Could this be a female of the two stripe jumper Telamonia dimidiata?
Wayne Maddison, an arachnologist on Salticidae spiders has also found this species here http://blogs.scientificamerican.com/expeditions/2012/04/18/spiders-in-borneo-jumping-spider-rainbow/

Lovely Spotting ! I would go with the Epocilla sp . Please consider adding this and all other salticid spottings to the jumping spiders mission ...http://www.projectnoah.org/missions/19167135
Could be somewhere near Epocilla or Cytaea. I have seen this type of spider somewhere in the web, I will be sure to come back to this when I have obtained some species ID.
What a neat looking jumping spider, great find and thanks for sharing
