Description:
White moth with black dots and vivid eyespots.
Habitat:
Has a wide range from Canada to Florida and eats leaves off shrubs, trees and other woody stem plants. Likes many of our Florida plants. Nocturnal.
Notes:
One of my students found this moth. We thought it was dead but it started moving after awhile. I released it into the trees in the school courtyard.
