I don't know if there is enough information on this photo for identification - but it's the only shot I got :(. Spotted in Serengeti National Park, Tanzania

hi Liam, if I recall correctly, since this was the Serengeti, it was mostly flat (very low hills at most) dry, sparse growth, acacia trees or baobabs. It was also summertime (july) Does that help? thanks!
How would you describe the habitat? Could be a Mountain Buzzard, Buteo oreophilus.
