Field Notes

Description:

I found this little fella chirping, singing and hopping around on everything. So I had to take some pictures of it. But still I'm a little confused by it. There are no images on line that exactly like this bird. I'm assuming its a juvenile having a bad hair day. It does show many of the characteristics of the Carolina wren including a downward bill, black eye and hints of the adult plumage. I could use some helpful remarks!

Habitat:

Spotted at the Garvan Woodlands Garden.
