Description:

a small rodent with a white belly and paws. they are a new world "mouse" in the family Cricetidae and are only distantly related to true mice and rats of the family Muridae.

Habitat:

woods, fields, human habitations

Notes:

i caught this guy in the utility room at my job and released him in the woods a good distance away
