Description:

There was a bunch of bracket fungi that ranged in color from orange to brown growing on these birch logs. Several of them had amorphic shapes.

Habitat:

Growing on birch tree logs - the tree looked like it had been recently cut down and cut into logs, perhaps for trail maintenance. Spotted in a deciduous forest.

Notes:

This is the first spotting of this species on Project Noah.
