2 to 3 cm hopper with narrow face, long wings and hops like a hopper

Habitat:

Nocturnal, resting on a fish-bone fern under a light in an apartment garden. Vagrant

Notes:

Changing to Cixiid and will keep looking to narrow it to a tribe
Thank you bayucca. I will id it as Fulgoroidea/Planthopper and look for a reference to point to Cixiid. Its three times the size of the ones on the Chew Bros. site and has a narrow face also
