Small Woodland Sunflower

Stalks up to 1-1.5 meters high with rougher texture toward growing tips. Pairs of opposite simple, lanceolate leaves. Stalks terminate with loose bunch of aster-like yellow flowers approximately 20-25 mm in diameter.
