Description:

The photo shows about six inches of a small piece that fell off a tree, so the blue lichen (if it is lichen) are very small, maybe the circumference of a lentil, and flat. Darker in the middle and light around the edges. Beautiful! I'd love to know the name.

Habitat:

Wooded 1-acre yard of a single-family home.
