Description:

•They are semiaquatic rodents.
•They eat mainly cattails and other aquatic vegetation, but also eat freshwater mussels, frogs, crayfish, fish and small turtles.
•They are most active at night or near dawn and dusk.

Habitat:

Wetlands, lakes, rivers or ponds
-I saw this muskrat in Naperville (USA)
