Description:

Shrub with very thick trunk with peeling bark. About 40 cm tall. It looks like a miniature baobab tree. During the raining season it grows leaves. During the dry season it drops the leaves and it has the photosynthesis in the bark. Very well adapted to the dry climate

Habitat:

Arid places.
