Description:

A female small copper with abnormal appearance (aberration bipunctata) due to a chance mutation or unusual environmental conditions during her development.

Habitat:

Meadow in Seih-Sou, the suburban forest of Thessaloniki (Greece).

Thank you Francisco! In the field I thought it was a strange Lycaena dispar with mixed male and female characteristics. But according the suggestion of an entomologist is a Lycaena phlaeas aberration. Aberrations don't occur every day but in small coppers aren't so rare.
