Field Notes

Description:

Bright yellow dorsal and anal fins - forked tail, torpedo-shaped body. Can reach lengths upto 2 metres, and are massively fast

Habitat:

Open ocean, off seamounts, on depths from 2 to 30 metres. Often spotted together with dolphins, which was also the case during this sighting

Notes:

I did not manage to take decent pictures of the dolphins - apart from the speed with which both dolphins and tuna hunt, was so amazed by the spotting that forgot to take pictures.......
