Field Notes

Description:

Burns' Dragon is a moderately sized lizard that inhabits central QLD and parts of Northern NSW, They are fairly common out in this area (Roma).

Habitat:

Woodlands in temperate and semiarid areas. They are partially arboreal and are often found perching on trunks and branches.

Notes:

Saw this guy out on the golf course today.

Wow. Nice spotting, Nathan. Looks a bit like a beardie, but not even the same genus. I've never seen of of these before so cheers for the intro :-)
