I meant simply that the horses are all over Iceland, which despite sounding like an overly generalized statement, I can assure you it is not. Nevertheless, this group is indeed in the same spot. To name the exact location would be extremely difficult for me as the Icelandic language is one I have no grasp of, nor do I believe this particular spot had a name to be given, but perhaps an unknown route number at best. And I might add, for Project Noah to work properly, veteran members ought to be welcoming and accommodating to new members rather than scold them for innocuous mistakes...as per common sense.
Hi Jay, for Project Noah to work properly you need to fill out the informaion properly and accurately, as per our FAQs http://www.projectnoah.org/faq To state "all over Iceland" is of no use at all. Our policy equates to "Same species, same location, same day" is one spotting, if any of those 3 change it is another spotting. The location size is not fixed, more dependent on the situation, but a 1 kilometre square should generally be about the limit. The map pin needs to be as close as possible to the precise spot. Remember, our focus is on wildlife living in its natural environment, so pets and captive organisms must comply with our FAQs.
Various parts of Iceland. I believe there are some wild ones, but these were all domesticated. I pulled over and fed/petted a few. Really nice and gentle with me, though quite playful with each other.
That is really cute! Where did you take that JayDumont?
What a cute group...are these wild? Could you add some info? I'm interested.
