Description:

These are elongated whitish colored egg found on spinach at Punjab . I am very unlucky that next day after clicking this image the plant was cut by somebody and I lost the great series of its larva and pupa ....:(

Interesting find KrantiAzad. I am wondering about syrphids - they usually lay single smooth eggs that don't have silk... maybe this is a braconid wasp? Have a look at these eggs http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/20986064
