Field Notes

Description:

5-6 cm diameter, pure white inside the first specimen. The other one (3rd photo) had already spored out and had some brown spores remaining.

Habitat:

On top of a mountain among grasses, crowberries, alpine blueberries, and other very low-growing plants.
