Description:

Juvenile rattlesnake I almost stepped on him on accident getting out of my truck. He gave me a buzz and struck at me before retreating under the truck. Notice he blends in very well with the loose rock driveway

Habitat:

San Luis National Wildlife Refuge, parking area
