Description:

•They eat insects, nectar and fruits.
•They build bulky cup nests in trees, usually in palms or under the eaves of a house.
•They usually live in couples or in small groups.

Habitat:

Semi-open areas, cultivated areas, gardens, parks
-I saw these tanagers in Angra dos Reis (RJ, Brazil)
