Yes it's a fig, Ficus sp. For common name you could just put in "fig" rather than leave it as "unknown spotting". Unfortunately (or fortunately, depending on how you look at it) there are over 40 species of fig in Singapore. I bet the species list at Bukit Brown however is much shorter ;-)
