Description:

a 3 ft. tall plant with light purplish (4 petaled) flowers .Dame’s rocket is a tall, showy, shortlived
perennial in the mustard
family. A prolific seed-producer, it
has escaped from gardens and now
invades roadways, woodland edges
and forest interiors.

Habitat:

Located in an open area in a forest. Elevation is just over 2200 ft.

Notes:

This is the only plant of this kind that I found.

I might have found a match --Hesperis matronalis (dame's rocket). Still researching it. If in fact that is it -- it is basically an invasive sp. here. As it has European origins.
Reminds me of some Brassicaceae, Matthiola genus... but I know them only from Mediterranean climate...
