Description:

The first photo shows a monarch butterfly that's possibly leucistic.

Habitat:

Butterfly house.

Notes:

For comparison, another nearby individual is shown in the second photo. The pupa or chrysalis is shown in the third photo.

The underside if the Monarchs wing is a different color that serves as camouflage. A truly leucistic Monarch would be much lighter on both sides of the wings.
Oh ok, so just a monarch that was bred in captivity.
Keithp, I'm not sure if I should add it because I saw this in a butterfly house (although there were only monarchs in it).
You should add this to the monarch migration mission they look for all areas with white monarchs
