Possibly "Wolf's Milk" fungus(Lycogala epidendrum).

Hi 24lisysyank! I don't think this is Lycogala, but it does appear at least from this distance to be a slime mold. Lycogala form small spherical fruiting bodies on the wood. Closer photos could help further narrow it down. Technically slime molds are not fungi (even though they deceivingly have mold in the name) and belong in the "other" category on Project Noah.
