Description:

Heaviest bird native to North America, and one of the largest waterfowl on earth.

Habitat:

Large shallow ponds, undisturbed lakes, pristine wetlands and wide slow rivers, marshes.

Notes:

Took this while on holidays in Canada. Taken at a wildlife rehabilitation park somewhere between Parry Sound and Toronto, unfortunately don't remember the name.
